Strategic Steps for Growth is an eight-month cohort-based program that assists operating businesses to grow through the development of a three-year growth plan.

Strategic Steps for Growth utilizes Interise's Streetwise MBA curriculum, developed with the mission to create economic equality through small business growth. This program has been delivered to certified Minority/Women-Owned, Media and Entertainment, and Independent Physician businesses. The program partners have included NYU Stern, NYC Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment, and Maimonides Medical Center.

  • Directed team that manages program planning and implementation

  • Recruited new participants and guest speakers
