As an intern at GrowNYC, I managed a Food Box program that adapted the CSA model to a weekly share purchase model. I oversaw the distribution of food boxes in two locations in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, which at the time lacked access to fresh local produce.

Developed partnership with Bridge Street Development Corporation and Bed Stuy Restoration Project

Assisted community members in accessing fresh locally grown produce weekly for affordable price of $12 a box (enough food for two for a week)
